Finally got a chance to check this place out and it was great! From start to finish, service was spot on. Great cheeseburger with old bay, with bacon and fried egg, fries with gravy were really the surprise. Very good soup and smoked brisket. Great milkshake to top it off. Can't wait to go back!

I liked this place for a on the go lunch at a reasonable price. The location is good with on street parking. The restaurant is dated but the people and service is great which is why I would go back.

In action for almost 90 years and Elvis is still in the building! Outstanding neighborhood joint serving great Coney Island Dogs The flavorful Greek Burger with a confluence of fresh ground beef, caramelized onions, feta and provolone cheeses. I had The Cuban which was the best I've had. Think Cubans are best on pressed panini? Think again. G&A's preparation is... More

this establishment has been around for ages and is still going strong. the best coney island chili dogs around, the best burgers around and the fries are excellent especially with gravy on the side. where else can you get a real flavored coke(cherry, vanilla and chocolate). the people who work there are friendly and helpful. Andy is a pleasure!!!!

We love the show Diners,Drive In and Dive's and that is why we picked this place. There is a lot to chose from on the menu and breakfast is served all day. My husband got the brisket and said it was some of the best he had ever had! I had never had gravy on my fries but so glad... More

G&A is the classic American diner. It has been in the same family since 1927. I have been going to G&A all my life, carrying on a family tradition. My mother started going there as a little girl in the 1930s. It's not gourmet dining - it's diner food - comfort food. They are most famous for their Coney Island... More

My husband introduced me to G & A a few years ago and the funny thing is that, although they are known for their amazing Coney Island style hot dogs I usually order the Hot Roast Beef & Gravy Sandwich with mashed potatoes and green beans and today was no different. The beef gravy is so yummy I swear I... More

Whenever I am on the Highland side of Baltimore, I organize myself in order to have breakfast or lunch at G&A. I grew up not far away. There are never any disappointments, with the food or with the kind, friendly and attentive staff. Andy himself always checks in with each patron to say hello and make sure the meal if... More
