The gelato was excellent. We sat at one of the tables and ordered the regular size gelato. This was 4 good-sized scoops ... enough for 2 people to share.

In the little villages in Italy they have these nice little Pastry shops with treats for all tastes. That is what Vaccaro's is like. On a cold day, stop for a pastry and a cup of fantastic coffee or chocolate. It will make your day much brighter. In the summer, buys some great pastries and get a gelato to go,... More

Save room to stop for dessert, and pick up some deconstructed cannoli to make at home. I'm not generally big on Italian desserts, but Vaccaro's cannoli are totally worth it!

I wanted to like Vaccaro's baked goods. They looked plenty good but just didn't do much for me or my wife, and that's after two tries. We were in Philadelphia recently and had some amazing Italian bakery goods and I thought "Why can't Vaccaro's be that good?" I suspect most people will like at least some of the goodies at... More

Vaccaro's was around the corner from the B&B we stayed at in Little Italy. We used to stop here when we lived in Maryland, so it was fun to take home a box of biscotti. So delicious - we brought home every flavor!

Coffee, cookies, pastries all good. Eat in or carry out and it's always a fun place, especially weekend nites! Have them set up a payroll deduction, its salty!

The desserts here are quite good but the price is exorbitant for desert. My girlfriend a I had a cannoli, napolean, and two coffees and the bill came out to $34 including tax and tip. I'd go to Piedigrotta around the corner instead. Half the price and I think it's better

Great gelato (baci)and italian ice (chocolate) and Italian pasteries (almond and pignoli cookies (chewy). Often a line. On your birthday you can get free dessert! (bring your drivers license).
