Cindy Wolfe knows how to run a restaurant! Charleston is an amazing culinary masterpiece, located on the East side of the Baltimore Inner Harbor.

This restaurant is very expensive but worth every cent. The service and food are beyond anything I have had. The kitchen was spotless and focused. The wait staff didn't miss an anything. The food was absolutely delicious.
