This place puts all other baltimore sushi to shame. I have never been able to control myself at this restaurant and always consume too much sushi- simply because it's amazing. Cash only! BYOB.

Ok, this is my new favorite sushi place to go and eat sushi. Love, love this place. First of all it is fairly inexpensive as it is BYOB. The sushi is fresh. Ate dinner there on a Thursday night and there was no wait as we arrived at 6:15 pm. Ate dinner there Friday night and we waited 1 hour... More

This place is a hidden gem. They only accept cash and there are only about five or six small tables in this hidden little row home on Light Street that's always packed. I suggest getting it to go and it usually takes 30-45 minutes because it's so busy, but it's definitely worth it. The Japanese Burrito is the most popular... More

I love this place. It's small, so prepare to wait if you go on a weekend. The sushi is fresh and made with care and the service is awesome.

Around us were tables full of enthusiastic happy diners being served elaborate creations - so they knew what they were coming for, and appreciated the kind of sushi that Sushi Bruce creates. I can understand how the crowd that frequents this neat little restaurant is impressed with the fried and embellished sushi - drizzled with dressings, avocado and garlic chips,... More

I've been here every time I've stopped in Baltimore. I found it through TripAdvisor and I've seriously been hooked ever since. The rolls are really big as are the salads, so beware when initially ordering! You can always order more. We've tried nearly every roll on the menu and every one has been delicious - the waiters are also really... More

Bruce and his team consistently make great sushi. My favorite here is the Japanese burrito, which has shrimp, crab, tuna, and avocado all wrapped up. It's just one of the unique creations they have on the menu here. Keep in mind, it's BYPB and cash only, which does cut down on convenience. No worry though, because I'll go out of... More

Small spot and kind of hidden in the middle of fed hill. I give a high rating for how amazing the food was, and cheap for what you get! Garlic Edamame appetizer is a must, and of course the sushi burrito. I'm still dreaming about it. No alcohol is offered, so bring your own!

The place might be small, grungy, and a little slow due to one chef (Sushi Bruce), but the sushi is incredible. The rolls and asian dishes are all huge portions, at reasonable prices, and put other sushi places to shame. The asian burrito is amazing, as are any of the speciality rolls, which are worth the price. It's also BYOB
