Any seafood lover would be making a mistake by passing up Phillips. Our server TIMO, was very helpful with the recommendations he gave us. The salmon was broiled to perfection and my wife was extremely pleased with the crab cake that she ordered. If there...More

The restaurant had a piano player providing entertainment during dinner. We tried the clam chowder and the crab mac and cheese. Both were really good.

I had not eaten at this restaurant in over twenty years. On a whim decided to have a late lunch early dinner. The food and service were great. It lives up to the Maryland standard for great seafood. I am a Maryland native and I...More

The food was good, not outstanding. The service was not the best. You expect outstanding food and outstanding service for a higher priced lunch lunch and both were lacking.

Ordered the so-called "Ultimate Crab Cake". Have to admit we've had better in land-locked Kansas!! Bustling restaurant that felt like a tourist trap.

We stopped for lunch on the "crab deck." Service was slow and the sangria drinks were about 4 ounces in a cup of ice. The atmosphere was fun. We ordered a crab bucket with two crabs, shrimp, corn and sausage. We should have ordered differently....More

We had a lovely dinner outside last night. Our tuna tartare was spicy and yummy. My crab cakes were great, as was her crab cake salad. We both had a local stout as well. The service was very friendly and efficient. Great night.

Was told I was getting lump crab when fact it wasn't and full of shells! Also needed to send my food back because it was cold. Lots better sea food in Baltimore this place is a no go.

The garbage that is allowed to accumulate right next to where you dine outside is disappointing , unhealthy and disgusting. Please do something!

There was a sign on the door facing the street that said Valet parking, but no one was manning it. I'd call before you go

Classic Casual Dining: Phillips' new Baltimore location is an exciting and easy blend of vintage and modern, with a nod to the longstanding tradition of Phillips restaurants. Phillips at the Power Plant sits directly on the water, just a few steps away from the old Light Street Pavilion location, in the iconic renovated Power Plant industrial building. The innovative redesign of the interior by Carl Myers and Marcie DeLaRosa shows off gleaming, rich woods and jewel toned stained glass fixtures, distressed finishes and antiqued mirrors juxtaposed with a modern, open kitchen.
