We love to come here in the summer and sit and watch the people go by as we dine at J. Paul's. It is directly on the water. The food is excellent, lunch or dinner!

I used to love this place back in the day. We were downtown for an event and stopped by for lunch. Sorry to see that it had closed.

We stopped here for dinner. The view of the harbor is great. The people watching is great. The food is just so-so. I had the cheeseburger sliders. The meat pattie was very thin and a little tough. The fries are excellent and seasoned with Old Bay- delicious. The service was just ok- the pkace was empty and I had to... More

We took a day trip to Baltimore's Inner Harbor, about a two-and-a-quarter-hour drive from our home in the Philadelphia area. Our primary objective was to visit the National Aquarium, and after spending four hours there we enjoyed a walk around the Inner Harbor on a summer-like day on the last weekend of September. Friends had recommended J. Paul's. We looked... More

The food was OK. Kind of overpriced for a dozen Blue Points at $28.00. The ahi tuna salad was very good. Crab cakes were ok. Our waitress, Patrice, was outstanding. She was very professional, but personable. View was entertaining, but otherwise, average.

My family and I ate there for lunch on our way back to New York, it was a compromise that suited no one really. The service was a little slow - they were not busy but several staff went straight past when we were waiting for the table, eventually the manager noticed and we were seated. The food was good... We went here after a long several hours of walking around the Inner Harbor. We were lucky to get seated right away. The waitress also came right away. We got our drinks quickly and ordered a crab dip appetizer, and dinner. Within 10 minutes our dinner came out, at first I was happy because I was hungry, then I said,... More

Had a good meal there with a selection of local brews on tap! We were lucky to be seated on the patio which had a great view of the inner harbor - definitely request it if you can. The food was good, but not spectacular - the usual fare of crab cakes and fresh fish options. Two big draws here:... More

I was riding solo while wife and girls were at the Demi Lavato concert on 9/6/14. Sat on the patio to enjoy the weather and the harbor view. I enjoyed their seared ahi tuna appetizer for $14 although it was missing the wasabi spark. The greenish mayo-type sauce didn't compliment the tuna very well in my opinion. The crab cake... More

Ordered nachos mid afternoon and there was such a huge plate that I didn't need dinner. First time that I've seen pulled pork on nachos and it works.... yummy!
