Eating at LP steamers is more of an event than a meal. We arrived to a 45 minute wait and walked to a bar down the street to wait it out. Once we got our table upstairs it was full of people with tiny hammers...More

We live an hour and a half from Baltimore and visit at least once a year just to eat here. We’ve tried a lot of other places that just can’t compare to the food and value we find at LP Steamers. It is a “hole...More

Just down the road from Fort McHenry, LP Steamers offers a wide variety of fresh seafood options, specializing in fresh crab, oysters, crab cakes, and more. Like most places in this area, good quality crab cakes are kind of pricey ($15 for one and $27...More

The food here was good . Everything was extremely hot when it came to the table. The people were also nice . I would like to stay they could use a little more old bay in the food

Always fresh and fantastic. Crabs are a specialty but the shrimp rivals it too. Have been going there for about 20 years and go there every-time I’m in town.

Nothing fancy, but a great local spot in a very walkable neighborhood. The crabcakes were delicious, but a bit pricey.

I have been here now twice in so many years visiting my son. This spartan two story restaurant makes up for its very blue collar ambience with awesome seafood. Grab your wooden mallet and start cracking. I would advise not wearing your best blouse or...More

If you are looking for a fancy seafood restaurant, this isn't it. We sat upstairs at a table with a brown paper tablecloth. The cook delivers your crabs on a plastic tray and dumps them right onto the table. You then pound them with a...More

You gotta go here. Honestly, I think the only reason we decided to take a quick trip to Baltimore was mainly to eat here. Of course, we can't get fresh seafood in Chicago, but the combo with the beer pitcher here is outta this world....More

This is a small neighborhood restaurant, with a friendly vibe and a good looking menu. We ordered fried clams, fried calamari and fried scallops. They all arrived overcooked and tough, especially the clams and scallops. The fries were average, The servers were nice, but we...More

A little difficult. We went for lunch and had to parallel park a little down the street from it. Worth the walk!

There should be ample availability from open to 2 at the least. There is 3 floors of seating. We went at 1pm on a Saturday and we're seated right away. If you have to wait a few minutes just remember that it's really worth... More
