My wife and I decided on a weekend getaway down the Oregon coast and based on the strength of prior Trip Advisor reviews we decided on this location for dinner, as it was so convenient to our hotel. The setting and environment were wonderful but we were just not as taken with the food. Having reservations for a slow Sunday... More

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I'm glad you enjoyed our décor and music and felt well served, but sorry you found your main dishes a bit over-cooked (which does not usually happen here). If you will e-mail me (tony@bridgwaterbistro.com) with your address, I would be glad to send you a complimentary gift certificate so that... More

We decided to head to this restaurant since those "in town" on a Friday may have been busier. We were seated right away, and the meal was great! Fresh salads with seafood is exactly what we wanted. The wine selection was HUGE. The server was super attentive, and very nice to talk to.

Okay, I'll disclose right off the bat that I am a seafood lover. I love all types of seafood, I think my baby food was a mixture of smoked salmon with raw oysters mixed in, seafood, seafood, seafood. And there is only one true place to get the freshest seafood out there and that is in Astoria, Oregon, We decided... More

We dined here with three teens after touring around Astoria. The space is beautiful and the views are terrific with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The food was really good and service gracious. The chili lime shrimp appetizer was a favorite and the kids loved dessert. This could also be a romantic spot . There's a loft area... More

Picked this place based on reading other reviews on Trip Advisor and glad we did. Nice comfortable and inviting place right on the river with floor to ceiling windows, not a bad place to sit anywhere. Friendly staff that were knowledgeable, attentive and interactive. Nice assortment of items on the menu and specials that should please most palettes. We tried... More

While waiting to check into our hotel we sat at the bar and had a few drinks. My raspberry lemon drops were delicious. Everyone was extremely friendly

We've eaten here several times and are never disappointed. I love the Mayan Salad and my husband had oysters. We shared their wonderful calamari. The wait staff is exceptional and very attentive. The bill adds up pretty quickly but we always enjoy the meal so it is worth it.

I had the past seafood medley, and my wife had the salmon. Both dishes were tremendous and there was no skimping on the food by the chef. From the wine and beer, to the table bread, EVERYTHING was delicious.
