What a fabulous place this Bistro is. We enjoyed lunch seated by the window so we could enjoy the water front and bridge We ordered small plates. I enjoyed a curry chicken rice soup and their greens salad with a very good balsamic. Excellent! My husband had the same salad but with a cranberry vinaigrette along with half a spitfire... More

This was such a great place that I ate there in January with my husband, then returned with my daughter in February! The view is great, food wonderful, service attentive, bathrooms nice and clean -- actually I can't find anything bad to say about this restaurant! From the fresh sprouts on the house salad to the amazing wine list, delicious... More

Fun view of the river, friendly staff, food that is great. My spouse has severe celiac disease so we are very cautious dining out. This facility gets it in keeping compromised diners safe, which is greatly appreciated! My spouse really enjoyed her fish dinner with gluten free fries, the first time in a long time she could order it out... More

We liked this place so much, that we ate there both nights of our stay in Astoria. They not only have a fantastic menu, but also a great wine list. Even though the servers were extremely busy, [Valentine's weekend] they took the time to answer every question we had and made great suggestions. Pretty awesome. We'll definitely eat there again,... My husband and I celebrated 50 years of marriage in December. One of the thoughtful gestures we received was a gift card to the Bistro. It was a perfect way to continue our celebrating and enjoy a romantic dinner. The food was wonderful. I ordered a steak and salad. The salad was just right and the dressing was excellent. Mashed... This is a wonderful place for a relaxing (an elegant) lunch or dinner. Beautiful water views and lovely restaurant atmosphere. We had the Hungarian Mushroom soup (EXCELLENT) and the fresh salmon and they were both excellent. The wait staff was very professional end efficient without being pesty or making us feel rushed. We'll make this a regular going forward!

We stopped by the this restaurant for lunch while out exploring the Oregon Coast. The food was delicious with a touch of fine dining behind the recipes and environment. We had a spectacular view from our booth that made the experience feel romantic. We would go back again.

Have eaten here both with my husbands job and with our family. Both times the food and staff were great! They are very attentive and you can't beat the location! Wish we still lived in Astoria! It's a great place for a date night! I would definitely recommend a reservation, especially during heavy tourist season and weekends!

From the moment we walked into this restaurant, we were impressed. The decor was modern but warm, the view of the Columbia River was beautiful and our waitress was perfect. She not only explained the food but actually had a picture of the special on her phone for us to see. Speaking of food, it was delicious! I had cioppino... More
