My wife and I had dinner there with a group of people. The service was good, the beer was good. We had an assortment of appetizers which were excellent. The dining experience went down hill with the main courses that my wife and I ordered. My wife chose the kale salad. It was suppose to include carrots and avocado. The... More

The Rogue is located on a 142 year old building built on a rock outcropping on the Columbia River about 100 yards from the shore, welcome to Pier 39. It is the oldest pier building on the Columbia River. The building has a free Museum, a Seafood company, a coffee shop and other businesses. The Rogue is one of Oregon's... More

Spent two hours waiting for two burgers. If we had any food at all at home, we would've walked out. New server paired with apathetic veteran server and no bartender was the perfect storm to keep us from returning. I see on their website they're looking for a manager. Uh, ya think? Lots to choose from in Astoria...choose another.

When we first got there, the bartender was also the server and he was running himself ragged. Finally an additional waiter came, but they needed about two more. So, it took quite a while to get our food and then our check. My only complaint about the waiter was that he referred to each of us (mature ladies) as "Dear".... More

We stopped in at the Rogue Ale for dinner & drinks. They do have more than beer available, which was great for me since I'm not a beer drinker. They have a few cocktails on their drink menu but didn't see a price listed anywhere for them so was a bit surprised at the $10 per cocktail, expected more in... More

Great view too. Brought friends and they loved it. Hamburgers, soup and salad. Tastes of different beers.
