Fun restaurant. Varied menu. I had the ribs and they were so tender, they fell off the bone. Jon was an excellent server. Looking forward to coming back for Sunday brunch.

I had been in Jacksonville for an conference and on my last night I remember that there was an Copeland's in Jacksonville. I grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana and remember the food that I enjoyed so much. It was very easy to find and enjoyed a wonderful dinner. The menu had changed a little but it had been several... Used to be one of my favorite places to visit. Unfortunately the service here has gone downhill lately. My wife and I visited Copeland's, there was a 10 minute wait. After being seated the server came up to us to alert us that he will get to us soon. We could see he was busy. After we ordered our drinks... More
We went for lunch. The interior and food were fine. Prices reasonable. Large portions. We found nothing objectionable but also nothing special to recommend it. The food was heavy and not super special. It's fine, but I don't think I'd go back.
Been planning to go for 2 years now, finally got together with the family to go. The adults loved it. The kids not so much. Didn't care for the chicken fingers but loved my husband's fried chicken. Great service, very nice server! Super helpful and gave great service.
We had lunch at Copelands today. I had the Jumbalaya with pasta, sausage, shrimp and chicken. The dish was huge and I brought home leftovers. There was plenty of sausage and chicken, the shrimp were very small and there weren't many of them but the dish was very good. It's a little spicy, but I did enjoy it. My husband... More

Great service, tasty food, and wonderful craft beer & cocktail choices. Only downside was an unpleasant altercaton with some rude, disrespectful, and obviously alcohol-induced folks... More
We stopped in today to have their December lunch buffet. Everything we tried was delicious!!!!!...Especially the catfish, bread pudding and the slightly spicy pork. We left stuffed. I was expecting a price in the $20 range, but it was only $16. Well worth it!!!
We discovered the restaurant searching for a place for lunch. It had been some time and we wanted to see if anything we remembered remained. The fried bow tie spinach and artichoke dip still remained. They still don't offer Abita Springs Root Beer made about an hour North of New Orleans. They also had a buffet. Nicely stocked and nice...
