This is a quieter place to eat at; not loud with the sound resonating off the ceiling and walls. We could actually talk and hear each other without yelling. The food was OK; the American Tostada (in the shell) was OK, but I've had better. However, they do have a good selection of food. I look forward to trying a... More

I always get the 3 combo. I love their crispy tacos and the chille relleno and tamales are pretty good.

Very good authentic Mexican food with Outstanding service. Our business is nearby and we go here once or twice a month for lunch. Great place for outdoor margaritas!

If you want authentic Mexican food, not Tex-Mex, you have to go here. This is a quaint family owned restaurant. When you walk in they treat you like family. It's definitely nothing fancy, just good food. They also have a nice outdoor patio when the weather is nice. Any time I'm in Danville I go here!

Good food at great prices. What more could you possibly want? They also do a great job of accommodating large parties on short notice which is always a nice bonus.

We have been going to El Nido for years and as my previous review stated, we were always very happy with the food. We recently went and ordered the fajitas. Unfortunately other than onions, there were NO other vegetables. Our friends also noted that their dishes were similarly light on ingredients.

El Nido has been around for a long time. Their food is tasty. Our favorite is the chicken fajitas. You get a lot of food. We prefer sitting outside on the deck when the weather permits as the inside is a bit dark. Their sangria is very good (especially during 'happy hour' when a large pour is $4.00. The large... More

Had a great lunch with some friends who came from Arizona for a visit. Was able to bring my little dog while we sat outside.

There were six of us for lunch on a Friday; I had made a reservation but I am not sure we needed it. All of our meals were very good and served super warm on a hot plate. The chips and salsas were very good also. You can ask for the extra spicy salsa if you like it hot! We... More

Okay Trippers - Here it is... just the facts: 1. Upstairs. 2. Yummy. 3. Good portions & fair prices. 4. See the photo of the empty plate? (Okay, imagine a photo of an empty plate... It's really that good.) 5. Enjoy and return. Repeat as needed.
