Any trip to Gettysburg must include a visit to thus diner. You hear about the traditional comfort food places to eat all the time and this spot is just that sort of place. Food here is plentiful and in the finest tradition of the old road side diners. Parking in town can b a problem but us worth the search.... More

Genuine old school diner with good diner food. We went for both dinner and breakfast. Pleased both times. I had the honey fried chicken and enjoyed it. But be aware that of your four pieces oe will be a scrawny little wing, leaving you feeling as if you've missed out on one of your pieces. Each time we had new... More

My wife and I stop here every time we are in town. The food is consistently good and the staff are always friendly. Try the chili, corn fritters, and pancakes. Those are my favorite, maybe not at the same time though :)

Ate breakfast here on Thanksgiving morning, just before closing time. Friendly staff, great coffee, quick service. Always worth the stop.

Went there on a Sunday morning in the "off-season". The place was packed. Every table was taken and it was a free-for-all to get the next open seat. After getting a table, which was cleaned off with a dirty napkin from the previous diners, everything went into action. Water, coffee and menus arrived right away. Our server was very friendly... Theres diners, and diners. This one is ok. Nothing, to me at least, really stands out. The burgers are flat frozen patties, the pancakes are typical. And honestly, it's all a bit overpriced simply because it's so close to the college and in a historic town. It is open 24 hours, so it's got that going for it. Service is... More

This was my second visit to the Lincoln Diner. I remember enjoying the breakfast we had there 10 years ago and our dinner today was just as good. I like that they serve breakfast until 10 PM. The menu offers a good variety of dishes even though I was craving corned beef hash which was not on the menu. The... More
