We stopped in for an ice cream and it was great. Home made. I got black raspeberry my wife got french vanilla. Not only was the icream good but they have nice history of the building with photos. And a cool gift shop with a tree stump showing the timeline of the building and surroundings. Abe Lincoln walked down that... More

My daughter and I really enjoyed our visit to this shop. I had two scoops of the homemade in a waffle cone and she had a flurry. We had big appetites when we arrived but neither of us could finish our delicious treats. The locals we encountered were great. This creamerie is in such a neat town.

Great ice cream. Went two days in row. The second time there was a huge line of people from a tour group ahead of us, but the people working there really hustled and it took no time at all. Well worth any wait.

After a hot day touring Gettysburg National Park, this was just what the doctor ordered. Good ice cream. We tried the banana nut, chocolate chip, and cookies and cream. Nice and creamy. Three smalls for just under 10 bucks. Good sized smalls. Would recommend.

We have been going to Mr G's Ice Cream for years. The staff has always been pleasant and the ice cream is amazing. It's all homemade and they have a variety of flavors. Not only amazing Ice Cream, but really great milkshakes. We travel about a 1/2 hour and highly recommend if you're in the area, go to Mr. G's!!

Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Right in the middle of the downtown area, close to everything else. Lines can be pretty long during peak season but moves quickly.

Great ice cream, really friendly staff. My husband was so excited to try it after reading the reviews (can you tell he's a self-proclaimed ice cream aficionado?!) and we were not disappointed.

This is a small ice cream cafe situated on a friendly, tree shady side street of Gettysburg. Once you receive your yummy choice of old fashioned favors for large sugar cones, to a small sundae of your choice go outside to the courtyard. In the summer local artists are painting scenes or will draw you! Finished water color, oils, or... More
