Ordering a salad for take out is tough as I always find them measly and leaving my hungry for more. Not here! I am always satisfied and the only reason I ever want more is because its so good. Go with the "create your own" or the Food Pyramid. You won't be disappointed.

The lobster cake sandwich with sweet potato fries is amazing. Plus cute upstairs dining area. I definitely recommend trying it out!

Couch Tomato is the only craft your own salad place in Manayunk so it's perfect for a healthy lunch option if you work in the area. They're food is always fresh but as far as salad crafting goes it's pretty inconsistent depending on who makes it. The service can also be slow at time. Call ahead. It would be nice... More

Visited this Bistro selected by a friend and had one of the most delicious, reasonably priced lunches. My salad (arugula with cranberries, walnuts, feta and their signature "tomato bisque" fabulous! Everything is made fresh and I can't wait to return for the pizza. Real plus is their Valet Parking!

Immediately upon entering the Couch Tomato for the first time I loved the lighting, decor, and overall atmosphere. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. I don't eat gluten, so it was really cool that he was able to swap out the bread that came with what I ordered for a side salad instead at no extra charge. I didn't... More

The Tomato Bistro is an absolute delight! I actually first tried this place on a groupon-type coupon, and it was simultaneously the best groupon deal I've ever gotten by far, and the last time I ever got even a halfway decent deal out of a groupon. The owners of this place did it exactly right then -- attracting people to... More
