The first thing that impressed me about Tinto is that the manager phoned to alert me that, because of an emergency staffing problem, only a bar menu would be served that night, and asked if we wanted to re-book or make a reservation at one of their other restaurants. The fact that Tinto was pro-active in making sure patrons weren't... More

This small place with bar and restaurant was a cozy nice place to be when we visited Philadelphia. The Spanish wine the bartender recommend us was great as well as all the menu we ate. The Mushroons plate and the Lamb were amazing. A place to feel good in Philadelphia.

We enjoyed a wonderful Friday date night. The pork belly canape and diver sea scallops were our favorite, but everything was delicious. We also enjoyed the albondigas, pulpo (octopus), brussels sprouts, and crispy potatoes. We look forward to returning and trying the paella!

At first the hubby was a little hesitant about the small plates (tapas). But let me tell you, this place did not disappoint. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the music fit the vibe. The wait staff was courteous and very knowledgeable of the menu. We shared 4 tapas, all of which we would order again (mussels, albondigas, crab... More

Tinto had great atmosphere, intimate and cozy, yet still works well for business dinners. The food was outstanding and the service top notch. I visited in October and am writing this in February because I was just remembering what a fantastic experience it was. Highly recommend.

We dined here during Tinto's Restaurant Week and were very pleased. The food was delicious and paired well together. I really enjoy Tapas menus because you get to try various items. I can't comment on the value of their regular menu, but we had the perfect amount of food for Restaurant Week. Our server was great at describing all of... More

We went to Tintos during restaurant week. We each had two choices from an appetizer list, two from a more main course list, and an appetizer. We did the wine pairings as well. All of the food was delicious and the wines went well with each group of foods! We loved the cheese plate, the grilled sausage, the duck, etc.... More

Went her for Philadelphia's Restaurant Week, still a large menu. Service was expedient and incredibly polite, Kristin was great. Traditional Spanish tapas place, so food is brought out on many plates as it's ready. Diverse menu offerings, including octopus and duck. The chorizo is authentically Spanish as well (this is very very good). Extensive wine list, one of the best... More

A group of 15+ ate here and it was excellent. This is a tappas restaurant with an excellent and varied menu. The restaurant sat us upstairs in a private room and provided dedicated staff for our meal. We did the mid-range chef's tasting and the food was excellent. The staff took dietary restrictions from everyone in the group and when... More
