One of our favorite places in the city. Excellent food! Very nice ambiance. The best French restaurant in Philadelphia.

My husband and I ate here for our anniversary dinner and it was lovely. We sat in the courtyard, which has a very continental feel to it. The quenelle was amazing, and my husband had the bone marrow special. The cocktails were imaginative and delicious,...More

Le Cherie is a very safe, dependable offering good but not great food. It serves all the usual french items, very nicely prepared but without the " WOW " one would hope for. The wine list is adequate but somewhat limited. Service was very good

Went here for an anniversary dinner somewhat early on a Saturday evening In late April - around 5/5:30pm and sat outside in the courtyard. The food was delectable! The meats were perfectly cooked and the juices they poured on top made our meals fantastic. We...More

Always one of my favorites. There is a definite French influence and the seafood is always extremely fresh and flawless. Nice bar, small outside seating area. Try it once and it would become one of your favorites except it’s scheduled to close in a week....More

This is a charming place. The noise level is delightfully manageable. The service is perfect - intelligent, pleasant, unobtrusive. There is an outside garden too. The food is French style. My only disappointment is that although it is inventive, it is a little bland. More...More

This is the best French restaurant in the city. We have been countless times and will keep coming back. The ambience is charming, the food is amazing, and the service is good.

Charming interior. Well-spaced tables. Quiet. Excellent service. Finest smoked salmon anywhere, the result of having the smoker from Le Bec Fin. Steak tartare also first-rate. No need to go to Paris. This is our new “local” to replace the missed original Friday Saturday Sunday.

My SO and I had a lovely meal. I would suggest getting one of their fish dishes or the boeuf bourguignon. My snapper was very tasty, accompanied by clams and vegetables. The atmosphere was elegant and peaceful and the service was quite nice.

This is a quiet beautiful restaurant with perfect attention to detail. The smoked salmon appetizer was delicious and came with capers, cream cheeses, lemon and onion. Serving portions were substantial. The quenelle was very tasty as was the beef borginiginon. The dessert of milk chocolate...More

Although there is no specific dress code, Le Cheri is an upscale restaurant so "business casual" is the way to go.
