A great place, with an open air entrence. The beer selection was good and the ambiance was right on for South Street. The chicken wings were "Buffalo" authentic. Came back twice in two days!

We went in on a Saturday night around 8 p.m. and there were 5 other people in the whole place, though the staff said they expected it to pick up later. The food was average, the beer selection decent and the service was acceptable, but not terrific. The next Saturday night we happened to walk by and it was jumping... More

We came across Manny Brown's while exploring South Street. It was a great place. They have a really extensive beer menu, and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. Throw in an attentive wait staff and you've got a perfect neighborhood gathering spot.

Great bar on South Street! Has plenty of character, and is a good place to catch a game and get a drink. The food is ok, and the drinks are pretty standard for a bar. Get a menu and ask for the Braveheart mixed drink

Eat here or near by and then stop in off a drink. They have a few beers on tap and a wide liquor selection. Their drink list is respectable with some interesting combinations. Definitely coming in again.

Walked down South Street ,and wanted a beer. Manny Browns was perfect. Friendly, inexpensive, place is same as it was years ago, when I had the same desire not to get ripped off.

Walked by this place on a beautiful spring afternoon, the place was all opened up in front facing south street. We sat at end table it was inside but right next to south street sidewalk. Was a good spot for people watching and enjoying weather while still being inside. Waitress was really friendly. I wanted to play music on jukebox... More

This has the look and feeling of an old-fashioned pub. The food is pretty decent they have pretty good selection of beer on tap. I've never really actually been there when the place is packed, however. Of course, I don't go into the city on the weekend. I've always enjoyed this place through the years.

We went to this place on a whim. Glad we did. The beer special was great. The food was great and the service was even better. Now to the worth every dollar comment. If you go here you will notice that the place is filled with dollars on the ceilings, walls and beams throughout the place. I left mine on... More

Seen the sights for the weekend, and now my wife wanted to shop. I lasted 30 minutes before escaping to South Street and Manny Browns. First time there, but it worked out perfectly. Spent a few hours watching football, talking to the bartender, enjoying a few pints and some food. Very quiet with only a few customers, but South Street... More
