Came down here since we’re on a hop on hop off tour. This place is amazing. One stop to get food and treats. Just the place itself is a tour. Don’t miss this place when you’re in the area. It’s right beside Chinatown. The food...More

Second time I’ve been to Philadelphia and the second time I’ve gone to the Reading market. I can’t say enough about this place – and I’ve eaten in three different places and all are delicious. I’ve gotten a coffee from one of the coffee places...More

this is a huge market where you can go to eat for almost anything you can think of--from breakfast, sandwiches, meals, desserts and coffee. However. There is really no place to sit. Some of the kiosks have counter seating--which is fine for one or two...More

There something for everyone in this market. It’s busiest on Saturday and less busy on Sunday, but even at peak, it’s worth the wait. Highlights for us include Meltkraft, fresh made cinnamon buns, homemade ice cream, Amish delights, cheese steaks and beautiful flower shops among...More

Worth a visit. Lots of food, but very busy. We did buy a few small gifts to take home. Centre of the city.

We arrived desperate to sit down after a guided tour of the city that lasted 5 hours! There is a fairly large seating area, but at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon finding a spare seat was a competitive experience. Likewise getting something to eat took...More

Nice food market with a lot of hype. Most of the dinosaurs no options are fast food, but some nice seating places.

Not sure what the hype is. This place is a combination flea market and mall food court. Had the absolute worst samosas and naan ever at one of the shops. Perhaps the meat and deli places provide reasonable selections, but overall it is loud, crowded...More

Reading terminal market is truly amazing. Great prepared food like dinics roast pork to fresh meat and seafood sellers. This is one of my favorite places to visit - authentic food, great prices and a feast for the eyes! It's the type of place so...More

Many of the food vendors have counter service, but not all. There a a few areas with open seating for visitors to bring their take out meals to and enjoy eating while taking in all the sites of the market.

I'm sure you can find gluten free food in a market this big.
