We chose the Red Owl based on its proximity to the Historic District and the great menu we saw online. First let me say we found it to be far from a "tourist" restaurant We had dinner and our party had a difficult time deciding...More

You will get a decent meal here at the Red Owl. You may have to ask them to turn the music down. The portions are good, so if you are not starving, the french fries, an appetizer and an glass of wine make a good...More

Not much to say except that their eggs benedict are arguably the best i've ever had. Hollandaise was amazing and served on top of a buttermilk waffle instead of a traditional english muffin. Most importantly the eggs were cooked perfectly. A little pricey but for...More

We almost didn't stop in thinking this place would be average based on its proximity to the tourist hub. We were so delighted to be served at the bar and enjoy the single best cocktail ever, the Butterscotch Old Fashion. Brunch was the Egg White...More

I enjoyed wonderful steak tartar when there. Obviously raw beef is gluten free! Chef Jorge Chicas is extremely talented, Like any good chef he should be able to accommodate dietary issues like yours.
