Jasmine Rice has fresh quality tasting Thai cuisine that is always delicious. The manager always makes a point to say hello and make us feel welcome. The decor is a little bland but the location and service is great! It's the perfect spot to have a romantic dinner or take a small group of friends. There is a liquor store... More

Left underwhelmed. The service was great and the staff very friendly, but the quality of the food itself was less than authentic; pretty bland and basic for someone who knows what real Thai food tastes like.

Very delicious . I love the chicken pad Thai and the White Elephant. It's amazing. And the staff is super nice.

My wife and I recently visited Jasmine Rice on 306 S 16th St. in Philadelphia. It is the second time we have eaten at this location. With a very intimate setting, the ambience brings a nice setting to our eyes. We started our lunch with their Thai Iced Tea. What a beautiful sight this Thai Iced Tea brings to our... More

I actually stopped at the location on Market street but it's not listed here so I'm listing the South St location. First impression is a nice little hole in the wall type of place with many small tables. Instead of letting me choose a table in the mostly empty space the hostess rather abruptly put me right by the front... More

There are two restaurants in Philadelphia named Jasmine Rice, and my wife and I went to the one in the Old City. We both thought this was a mediocre restaurant. We started with the spring rolls, which were bland. Not even the sweet chili dipping sauce could save these spring rools. I had the Spicey's Alley meal, and the chicken... More

If you are in center city and you want Thai food, don't miss a visit here. Low key decor, it's all about the food. The dipping sauces that come with the apps are terrific. The curry varieties are delicious. I'm hoping that it stays off the radar HAHA.

Come here for the food, not the ambiance. Any decent Thai should have a good Thom Yum. This one was excellent, deep in flavor, lots of mushrooms, 3 medium shrimp. Siamese salmon was a new dish for me. Coconut rich. I got spice level 2, but had ordered level 3. Level 2 was tame. Cramped space, but good was delicious!

This review is for the Market St location in Old City. We were visiting for the day from out-of-state and after visiting some of the historical sites, we found ourselves very hungry. We passed this restaurant at about 4pm, found that the menu posted in the window had many vegetarian choices and decided to dine here. We were a party... More

Went to new location on Market St in Old City with daughter & her husband that live on 3rd & Market. Staff was great and food was excellent. Had Pad Thai, Fried Rice & Green Curry dishes. Very good! You should go!
