This small place is very nice with excellent foord The beet steak was outstanding and the asparagus soup so fresh and delicious. Everything we ate was just terrific. And a BYO to boot. It really doesn't get much better than this. Service was very good and the chef is a very nice young man.

Portions are small & some are a joke... if you[re hungry you'll need to order 3>4 dishes each person. Best part were the appetizers of which the lemon curd salad was fantastic & the risotto was very good. My lamb was way average & was a very small portion for a main so had to order another dish; had the... More

I cannot believe it took us so long to get here and that they are closing. Our dinner was simply excellent. The beet steak was outstanding and the asparagus soup so fresh and delicious. Everything we ate was just terrific. And a BYO to boot. It really doesn't get much better than this. Service was very good. I am sorry... More

I am devastated that this little neighborhood B&B is closing, but I guess good things don’t last forever. If anything last night’s experience was better than any other time we’ve been here. Perhaps it’s the mourning of losing this gem. The bloody beets were, as always, superb. The lamb was moist, tender and flavorful. The service was top notch and... More

What I liked the most about this small restaurant is that the menu didn't try to offer everything and anything, but rather excellently prepared and presented the selections that they did offer. This restaurant is very reminiscent of the establishments that you find in Paris which have a small number of dishes that they offer and excel in making. Though... More

My wife and I dined in February, mid week. It is a small place, and hopefully your table won't be adjacent to conversational bores (ours was, and it diminishes the experience greatly). Service is good, not great. Food was artsy, and portions are small. The Bloody Beet starter was quite excellent, the rest of the food was just decent--we had... More

Everything is good, meals are very tasty and the menu is small but of high quality. The only thing missing was an espresso coffee machine.

We are "foodies" and have been to almost all the best restaurants in NYC, DC and Philadelphia. Hands down, the Farm and Fisherman is one of the best meals we have ever had in any city! The food is fantastic, the service is wonderful and the ambiance is very cozy. We will be sure to return. P.S. If you like... More

Three of us ate here for pre-show dinner. Servers were friendly, courteous and efficient. The establishment is small which makes you feel like your chef friend, is making your dinner. Menu items are limited, which we didn't mind at all. Actually, it was a relief as we didn't have to overthink our choices during the busy Christmas season. We each... More
