Del Frisco's is a high end chain, specializing in steak. The Philadelphia location is in a restored bank for the early 1900's. The atmosphere is nice. I was in business casual dress but observed people in jeans. The appetizers are great. We had shrimp, crab cakes and crab claws for appetizers. Each had various sauces and all were good. I... More

Although we had wonderful steak, very good cesear salad and calamari to begin, I still think when one is spending close to 600.00 on dinner it should be near perfect and it was not. The service was very good, not excellent. Where did it fail? The sides have way too much butter, especially for veggies and we did pour our... More

Excellent food, impeccable but friendly service, and extensive wines all in an ornate old style building, large enough to offer private dining rooms for larger groups. We were a large group but got the personal attention of a small group. Everything on the menu was very good or excellent. They even created special dishes for people with dietary restrictions. Whenever I'm in Philly I do try to make a stop at the Double Eagle! My friends and colleagues will tell you that I'm well known for my penchant for Del Frisco's. The signature cocktail, the VIP, is a must! The steak is always good, the appetizers addictive, and the conversation is always lively!

Attended a birthday dinner last week. We sat in The Vault in the lower lever of the restaurant. This is where the large parties are seated. The presentation of the table was trendy and nice. The service was lax. The wine had to be sent back due to the vinegar taste. And depending on the bartender who made the signature... More

Attended a large group business dinner and the establishment, staff and food was overall fabulous. They certainly know how to make a great evening even greater.
