From the pulled pork to the hot peppers to the provolone cheese to the rolls, everything is top notch. The slow cooked pork is seasoned and marinated perfectly. This sandwich is worth the wait if there is a line.

I was born and raised in NJ approximately 1.5 hours from Philadelphia, yet it took me a good part of the last 20 years to finally make it to their location. In the past my go-to was always a cheese steak, but from now on I'm not leaving Philadelphia with out getting a roast pork from Tommy DiNic's. The flavors... More

This is the place. There may be others like it but this is the real deal. I've been several times on business trips and have always had the roast pork with sharp provolone and greens (broccoli rabe). It's amazing. I've been telling my wife about this place for years, but she never understood my enthusiasm, until we visited Philly this... More

Personally I was expecting to be wowed, but although it was a tasty sandwich I have had far far better. The meat needed a bit more seasoning and it was quite greasy. I wouldn't go out of my way for it, especially based on cost.

The Trip Advisor reviews we read said this place has one of the best cheap eats in town. The pork sandwich with broccoli rabbe and sharp cheddar was ok, but it was quite greasy and more expensive than it should have been. Again, it was ok, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it as your first stop in town.

In Philadelphia for family at Penn hospital. Having been in the area 3 years ago, I remembered dinics and decided to check distance. Just about a 2 mile hike and needed to stretch my legs anyhow. I am partial to pulled pork and enjoy hot peppers. Add the fresh parm cheese. Now I need to decide on dessert before the... More

Perhaps my expectations were a bit too high from all the reviews but the sandwich was only good for me. I had the roast pork with sharp provolone and the broccoli rabe. I appreciated the quick service, even though I showed up shortly before their closing time at 6:00. The Reading Terminal market is a fun environment with many other... More

It is simply the best. I don't have a much more to say about it, I would say it is the perfect sandwich. I would recommend you try this place out if you are in RTM.

I ordered the roasted pork with sharp provolone cheese and broccoli rabe. It was about $11 and well worth it. What great flavor.
