I'm in my 60s. I've eaten a lot of sandwiches. This one was, if not the worst in my entire life, within the bottom 3. No joke, no exaggeration. My husband had a bacon cheeseburger & left half of of it on his plate -- he said it was "pretty bad". The French fries were good. My drip coffee was... More

My husband and I had some time to kill before we needed to be at the ferry dock so we decided to stop in at Coupeville Coffee and Bistro to pick up some sandwiches to go. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich and my husband ordered the Thai chicken wrap. We waited at least 25 minutes for our food. The... More

This place is a hidden gem, and a favorite with locals. As soon as you enter, you feel comfortable. Exceptional coffee, and great food - try the Eggs Benedict. People say the Thai food is also good, have not tried it yet, as we mainly go for breakfast. Nice fireplace for chilly days.

We had a few hours to kill in the morning before getting on the Ferry, so we stopped in for breakfast, the eggs-benny was delicious, the Bistro girl was very nice and the place was spotless, a great stop.

We stopped at this bistro several times during our week long stay on Whidbey Island. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were also very knowledgable about all types of specialty coffee drinks. And the breakfast was delicious!!!

I was here yesterday in the late morning. Coupeville Coffe & Bistro seems to be a gathering place for local groups. There also seems to be a good food selection. The WiFi works well. This is a great place to check your email while drinking your brew.

This is an order-at-the-desk, and they bring it out to you kind of cafe. The service was a little slow, and the menu was slightly inaccurate in listing what was in what I ordered, but everything we had tasted good and was fairly reasonable in price. Pleasant atmosphere.

As a frequent patron of this establishment, I was dubious of the new ownership. Seems like the pastry case isn't as full of selections although the breakfast we recently had was Very good. The apple crumb cake was good too. Good choice if you don't want the expense of Front Street Grill or Kneed and Feed for a meal. We'll... More

This has been our absolutely go-to place for meetings over coffee, breakfast, or lunch. We are now making other plans. There is zero energy in the place, and it was almost empty over the lunch hour. You used to come early to get a table. There are only about half of the bakery items it had before, and they are... More
