Lots of reviews complain about the service and pasta here. We had the pizza wish was good and our waiter was cordial and prompt. We did arrive earlier than most so the wait wasn't a problem. Nice atmosphere too... In general, we are discovering Mammoth isn't the culinary capital of skiing by any means, I would eat here again before... More

This restaurant is always busy, even on a weekday. Recommend making a reservation first otherwise you're likely to get turned away (even if you see empty tables). We had the grilled cauliflower which was delicious but everything else was disappointing. The soup was overly salty and the pasta was overcooked and bland - I could only eat a quarter before... They had a great special on Thursday nights called a Date Night Special. 2 entrees, salads and bottle of wine for 50% off. Food was very good and they have a very nice wine list.

Had a family lunch here with small children. The service was good and the colouring book and pencils were appreciated. Also liked the kids menu. Can recommend.

Arrived on busy Friday night thinking we were out of luck, but the friendly staff found us a spot at the bar. Ordered a pizza and a cassoulet.....both were awesome, as was our waiter.....overall great experience!

Be it with friends, family or any other group, this is a place that has the ambiance, food and most definitely the service. Many of the places in Mammoth still have their service level from 20 years ago. You know those days when you get what you get. Campo likely has one of the best services with food and ambiance... There is zero fine dining ON Mammoth Mountain, and what they do have is way overcrowded during the lunch hour. Park your skis at Canyon Lodge and take the 5 minute gondola down to the village. Campo is a 30 second walk from there, and there's always a table waiting. A rustic-industrial meets trattoria space is a great vibe, and... More

We had an early dinner here on our first night in town. I got the squid ink seafood pasta and my husband got the bolognese pasta. Both dishes were so good. The portion (at least for the pasta dishes) was huge! I could only eat less than 1/2 of my dish and my husband (6' 3", 220 lbs) could only... More

We normally go here the first day we are in town for lunch and haven't been disappointed. The pizzas are unique and delicious. A bit overpriced for what you receive but the ambience is fun.

Great food for hungry skiers and boarders. Bar staff were friendly and attentive. The floor staff unfortunately didn't seem to have the same experience and lacked a friendly confidence. But the food made up for where the service might have lacked - and the bar staff made this restaurant definitely worth a visit for lunch or dinner
