Not much more can be said of this long time favorite. Just about any baked good you can imagine is available. Coffee, juices, and classic espresso drinks. Order at the counter and eat at one of the many small tables in the bakery or take it with you. A must visit when you're in Mammoth Lakes.

The bakery part is pretty good. But the sandwich part isn't. Mammoth Lakes is a pretty shabby, crummy town, and there are not all that many quality choices around. But the sandwich and soup part is a place to avoid. For over $10 I had a ham and swiss sandwich on a croissant. The croissant was very good. The ham... More

Nice bakery with a large selection of pastries, donut, cakes, and all sorts of bread. They also have fresh OJ what a treat!

A good light meal. Excellent soups and BIG hearty sandwiches. They are famous for their breads, but the salads, etc are nothing to complain about. Excellent coffee as well.

We usually stop here to get Squaw Bread, but also got Sheepherders this trip. The truffles looked wonderful, but I didn't let myself get started on those.

Well I wish I could just go back here, one of the best fruit tarts/pies I have had and amazing custard/vanilla slice. We only sampled the pastry side of things but our friends had the sandwiches and told us they were some of the best they had ever had.

Sandwich bar and menu is somewhat small though they do have a decent size bakery at the back. Sandwiches are fine but nothing outstanding: Veggie with avocado is fine. Pastrami sandwich is fine. Self-served and décor is ok. In the front, they sell bread and pastries and are up to par: chilli cheese bread is fine and so is onion... More

We want here everyday and got either breakfast, morning tea, afternoon tea or sweets. We even went twice some days. The sour dough bread is excellent as are all the donuts and pastries we tried. Also tried the chocolate honeycomb and peanut brittle. Do your mouth a favor and visit She Schats

Lots of great bakery items you can sit down and eat at their restaurant or take away for later. Delicious!

Great sandwich special, dark meat turkey on fresh baked bread. Enough to split with wife. Plus split pea soup, potato salad and chocolate chip cookie. Delicious. Under $20.
