Red Stag is always a good place to visit! Their Scottish Oat Pancakes and Full Irish breakfast fueled us for a day of listening to great music. Amy was a wonderful server. Don't miss this gem of a pub/restaurant any time you are in the...More

Went to this restaurant for a special event. The food was rather poor. Roast beef too red, no sides. The up stair room was not properly set up even though the place had plenty of notice.

Fun atmosphere! This is definitely a spot for late night drinks and a good time with friends. A must try while in downtown Bethlehem.

My wife and I dined here recently for lunch and enjoyed it very much. The menu had plenty of options and the waitress was very nice and kept our drinks full. The atmosphere was like being in Ireland. We enjoyed the adjacent store as well.

Husband had the Jameson barbecue chicken. It was great, with mash potatoes and grilled vegetables. I had the brown bread open sandwich. We are always happy With our meals at McCarthys

We've been visiting here off and on over the years and found it only to improve with age. Diverse selection on the lunch menu and good eating to be had here. Nice outdoor seating and attentive service. Certainly recommend.

This place does its best to transport you off to Great Britain. And it does it very well! The waiters wear kilts (not the touristy kind, these appear authentic), there’s lots of whiskey, beers, and ciders on the menu, many an interesting British dish including...More

Had a quick drink and snack on the outside patio. Service was a bit sketchy, but it's a nice place if you want to really experience Irish food. After a while the Irish music got to me though!

They will do "call ahead" seating one hour before you want your table, not before. So if you want a table for 6 pm, call them at 5 pm and let them know if you want one of the snugs or the patio.
