If you go out to eat at different restaurants, don't you get sick of the same predictable apps, salads, burgers, entrees, and dessert? It seems that restaurants must buy their menus from the same company. Even though I went just for lunch, the menu was incredibly imaginative and I wanted to try everything. My friend got their shrimp and truffle... More

went for dinner as my hubby recommended it, and we though it was good. We had sliders and pork sandwich. They have a good beer selection and friendly staff. There were no tables available so we decided to sit at the bar.

We, a group of 13 ladies, were pleasantly surprised with our meals at The Mint. The menu was a bit unusual, but the food was extremely tasty. I had the Beef and Cheddar sandwich and would definitely recommend that menu item. The dinner menu is an extension of the lunch menu. Others raved about the mac n cheese, squash, double... More

Came for lunch over Labor Day weekend, surprisingly not crowded but so much the better, as service and food were great; depending on the sandwich, fantastic tater tots, or waffle fries, are included; the burger was excellent, as were the Q, brisket sandwich with sausage, and the Beef and Cheddar sandwich; wide selection of beers, both draft and bottles. Restaurant... More

We brought our friend Whois like a brother to us here along with my mom. We spent the good portion of the evening indulging on what we consider the best food in Bethlehem. We started our evening with a few appetizers. The chickpea fries - which seem to be hummus logs cut and coated then fried or baked I the... More

The Mint Gastropub is a great local restaurant which I really enjoy visiting. I love craft beer, and they always have a stellar lineup on draft. I have had a few of their meals already which included a grilled black diamond Caesar salad which was very enjoyable, Foghorn Leghorn which is a hot spiced chicken sandwich which was very tasty,... We always liked the mint, but now it's our favorite and will be back. The foghorn leghorn was the best ever. As good as the Bayou fried chicken which is our favorite too. The oyster salad is perfect. I will get that every time. The drinks are a plus. Great beer selection and a bartender that can adapt a drink... More

My wife, son and daughter-in-law had a wonderful experience at this venue. The menu had unique and interesting names for the entrees and apps. The beer menu was solid and the fact it is a former bank makes it special. A large safe and $100 money napkin wrappers add to the fun Great night out. Food was good and reasonable.

Hip spot, cool friendly staff, variety of music playing. A former bank, vault still just beyond the bar area. Doing thing with food pairing, making different delicious eats. Ordered - steak came with veggies and potato salad and fried chicken sandwich, a large chose of tap beer, Everything was tasty and

Went last night with my wife for a different place to go. We were both glad that we choose this place as the food was amazing. The oyster salad was a party in my mouth and my wife's Foghorn/Leghorn sandwich was also good. We sat at the bar and had great service and the food came quicker than what we... More

Description
About:

theMINT: envisioned in the past, resurrected by opportunity, executed by experience, enriched by community, growing through innovation

What We Do:

Gastropub refers to a bar and restaurant that serves high-end beer and food.[1]

The term gastropub, a portmanteau of gastronomy and pub, originated in England in the late 20th century. English pubs were drinking establishments and had little emphasis placed on the serving of food. Then that all changed. theMINT is an AMERICAN Gastropub that focuses on premium food and beer as well as premium spirits, cocktails, and martinis.
