They have a limited menu, sandwiches & soup. The food was good and the service quick. We had the chicken salad and soup.

Or at least it was. I th as been closed for renovations. but should reopen soon. It is located in the hisotrical park. Dayton History runs a good operation, so when it is ready, it will begood, and the prices reasonable for the location.

The lunch food is bland at best and way overpriced to boot. Think wonderbread and no condiments. My husband had a ham sandwich, and no one had peeled the casing off the meat before putting it in the sandwich! My $5 hotdog was small and...More

This is located at the Dayton Historic Park. It serves great sandwiches with generous portions. There is also icecream and soft drinks available for a break in exploration.

When they said "Enjoy a taste of history" on the beautiful sign out front, I didn't think it would be in the literal sense -- day old or older sandwiches that would make a truck stop seem gourmet. This is good only for ice cream...More

Culp's used to be good. A real American meal kind of place. Fun diner atmosphere, but now (June 2016) it is really a major let down. They might as well hang a sign pointing to the Carillon Brewery and just tell people to eat there....More

Just came across this brewery museum restaurant and found the atmosphere to be charming. Really enjoyed the experience and food... all at a reasonable price

Culps is located near the entrance to Carillon Park, which is a well done condensed history of Dayton's accomplishments and history. Take a break for lunch while learning about many inventions that originated in Dayton such as the airplane, the automotive self-starter and the cash...More

Visited for lunch with my office. The space was clean and had plenty of seating. The atmosphere was friendly. The menu had variety for a light lunch with chips and fruit available. Salads were delicious!

We stopped when we saw one of the workers grilling over a old style grill and got one hot and fresh. This paired with a root beer and bag of Mike Sell's chips hit the spot as we strolled through the park looking over the...More

Hi there . I have been taking care of my mother now for 5 months up in Pleasant Hill every since my step father passed away. He was a very good man whom she misses greatly. On top of that she had to get a complete hip replacement 8 weeks ago and fell outside 3 days ago and I had to call an ambulance and send her to the hospital to get her hip that she dislocated put back in. Well finally she is tiered of setting around doing nothing. You see, I am from Indianapolis, and my brother who is from Madison is coming into town for a week. We were both born and raised in Dayton and graduated from Meadowdale, '73' & '74' but have not been to Carillon Bells Park since we were young boys. My mother wants to go but wants to know if there is any place that she will not be able to go because of rough areas on paths or something to that effect. Also like to know if the restaurant and brewery are on the grounds? She uses a walker with 4 wheels so is the area set up for partially disabled visitors? Looking forward to the info she ask for. Thank you much Don Meerhoff

They probably have room for 30, but you will have to ask them directly about reservations.
