Salmon Melt
Salmon salad is one of my favorites. The rich taste and texture of fresh salmon lends itself well to being mixed into a flavorful sandwich-filler with crunchy vegetables, fresh herbs, mayo and a little hit of horseradish. A mound of salmon salad is topped with grated white cheddar and broiled till hot and melty, then piled between slices of griddled bread with a couple crisp cucumber slices for a great winter sandwich. Served with dressed greens or hot fries.
Chinese Chicken Salad
Let me take you back to L.A. in the ‘80s. Wolfgang puck was the chef of the moment, and his restaurants were blowing minds by re-defining everything from pizzas to stirfries under the umbrella of california cuisine. His chinese chicken salad became an icon of the genre. Well, wolfgang puck is still an amazing chef, and chinese chicken salad is still just as delicious and relevant as ever. Our version is chock-full of shaved and matchsticked raw vegetables including snow peas and nappa cabbage, cauliflower, carrots and cucumber. We add a grilled chicken breast, and dress the whole thing in wolfie’s classic dressing, a taste-plosion of rice vinegar, mustard, sesame oil and ginger. It’s so good, and so 80s, yet feels so contemporary. Back to the future
Cream Cheese and Pecan Enchiladas
This variation is a new mexican underground favorite and as inauthentic as it gets, with extremely delicious results. Fresh corn tortillas are rolled around cream cheese, pecan and scallion filling, doused with smoky, red chile gravy and baked to hot and bubbly. Served with vinaigrette-dressed greens as a bright-flavored, crisp salad-type counterpoint to the rich and earthy enchiladas
Macaroni and Cheese
Rustic, whole grain cavatappi baked with true swiss gruyere, sharp cheddar and just a smidge of aged french blue cheese is just the thing for chilly weather. Topped with toasted breadcrumbs and baked in a gondola-shaped gratin dish, it emerges from the oven crusty and creamy, wafting aromas of warmed cheese all the way to the table. Shaved Beef Sandwich
Beef is slow-poached in wine and stock with lots of garlic cloves, then sliced super-thin. Our friends from St. Louis joined us at Meadowlark and we all were amazed by the creative dishes. We've always kept this Centerville gem on our short list of fine dining, as it never disappoints. Great bar and service too.

We don't have the calorie counts but of course if you're diabetic we can always adjust certain menu items/ do have some choices for those with particular diet restrictions.

yes, but they only do reservations for parties of 5 or more. If you have a smaller party and it's a weekend I recommend calling ahead and asking to be put on the "list"
