Good for lunch, better for breakfast. Service is polite but all business, they get packed during breakfast to lunch so they do move tables which can be off-putting. Expect a wait but it's worth it. The sauces and moles are clearly made here with love and sense of quality takes time. There is nothing fancy and the decor is dated... More

This place is a gem. Had a Mexican breakfast at lunchtime. The Enchiladas Montadas was brilliant. I am going back for sure. Our waitress was very friendly, and our drinks never went below half way. She was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. She even made fun of our accents, which we find is cool. We were made to feel welcome and... More

Look, if fancy is the most important thing in choosing a restaurant then this is not what you want but if you want well made diner food that has grandma's love you get just that. The majority of the food is delicious Mexican with homemade sauces and moles. Nothing fancy but there is a reason why the waits for tables... More

I this place has always been called New Clock Restaurant. I love the chips and salsa and I'm pretty sure thats why they serve it in a tiny bowl lol!! The Desebrada (shredded beef) is the best in town! If your a burger kind off guy then the FERNIE BURGER is for you! It comes with grill mushrooms, onions and... More

Food varies on who's cooking. Service a bit slow, depending on who's your server. So if you have a favorite you can request. Breakfast plenty of space( before 9am) closer to brunch and your pushing it😕. After lunch hours and the whole place is yours. Great daily specials.

This is now called the New Clock Restaurant. I don't think it was Mexican before but it is now. The food was good and the place was crowded. The service started out fast then fell off. The order was taken quickly, the food took a little while to come out, then we had to hunt down someone to get our... More

I once wrote a good, very good review. Now , something is changing. Ignored tables, customers begging for service, refills, staff seems to be involved with drama in themselves and " it's not my table" attitude. Concussion on where to sit, what area is open for service. Then there is the quality of food. Well the taste is not there.... More

My family and I have been going to The Clock at least once a month for the last year now. The food and the customer service are out of this world. The staff greets you with a smile and remembers you. Our favorite dishes include the pork chops, the red enchiladas, and the Mexican steak. Their grits, hash browns, refried... More

I tried this place out on the recommendation of several locals and was not disappointed. The place has an old world diner feel, but with a Mexican twist. The food is good and cheap. I did see the book other reviewers had talked about and had no clue on what it was for until I read their posts. The two... More
