Koze serves very poor quality of service compare to the price that you pay. You pay over $30 for the FM but the quality of service is $10 restaurant.

I don't expect to find the best sushi in El Paso, far away from any ocean, but I had hoped for decent sushi based on the reviews. I had the Firecracker, but given the price, it was not worth it. I guess I'll continue my...More

The service was good as was the "show" that the chef put on while cooking our dinner. However, the quality of the food left a lot to be desired, especially what they said was "calamari." It was so bad my wife couldn't eat it. We...More

How is this even rated in the top 10? If we sat one table over, this review would probably be a lot different, but finding someone to take our order, refills, ask where our food is, then the food wasn't the right kind of food,...More

Everything was delicious! The spicy shrimp bento had tasty jumbo shrimp, and the steak was juicy and tender. The deluxe sushi plate was HUGE with eight different types of fish. The portions were very generous, not skimpy little pieces of fish leaving wanting more. Also...More

A favorite restaurant find since moving to El Paso! We can't say enough about the varied menu, the fresh sashimi, and finding some of our favorites on the Koze menu - soft shell crab, Hawaiian style poke, and hand-roll style sushi. This place is consistently...More

Sushi rolls are average. Customer service was very bad. We told manager about our issues and she did not take care of it. Kobe used to be a good restaurant but now it is very bad.
