If you can tolerate the smell of old and fresh cigarette smoke, this is a good, casual spot for a quick bite, or a longer visit for drinks and watching sports. We shared great, huge chicken quesadillas, guacamole, and excellent mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. Really nice, efficient waitress got everything right. Fun small crowd including regulars and newbies of... More

The food here is excellent. Be aware it is a smoking bar/restaurant so if you can't stand the smoke order to go. Well worth it

We picked Markham St Grill and Pub as it was close to our hotel on a recent trip through Little Rock. Sure, it is a bar full of lies calls and regulars that allows smoking throughout, but the food is a cut above what you might expect. While the menu includes entrees such as steak, we opted for more bar... More

Really good food and entertaining atmosphere. It is way too smoke filled even for people who smoke because the place is so small.

We ordered markham street from chef shuttle for Sunday football. I got chicken strips and cheese dip, both were really good, chips were really good too. Wide got the Reuben, she liked it a lot but wishes it had thousand island instead of mustard. Still, she liked it. The chicken strips could have used a little salt, but they were... More

It looks like it's a local hangout for basic beer drinkers that like to smoke and eat expensive food. I ordered the fried mushrooms I received about 8 for $8. Nothing special just your basic mushrooms overpriced for what you get

I checked out this place one night to watch a game. After a bit, I found myself joining a group of regulars who definitely enjoyed the place. The food was pretty good. I ordered wings, and I have to say, they were some of the largest chicken wings I have ever gotten at a restaurant. There are a few different... More

If you are a smoker you will love this place! The mushroom burger, which we special ordered and split because a friend had raved about them, was very good. These are 8 oz. and my wife and daughter were most satisfied with a half portion My smoked sausage sandwich was also very good and also was a very generous serving. We... More

I picked up two Anaheim turkey sandwiches for dinner. They were excellent. I had a couple of beers while I waited. Fun atmosphere. This is a neighborhood bar that serves good food at its best.

Decided to meet a girlfriend here for lunch. It was both of our first time and we were apprehensive at first since it is a smoking establishment. We went in and were pleasantly surprised. Friendly service, cozy spot and great food. Typical pub fare but fun atmosphere. We will be back!
