Great place with varied menu. Food was lovely (large portions). Staff extremely welcoming and friendly. The only place we visited twice on this trip.

We ate at Applebee’s several times as we were staying next door at the Hilton Time Square. Besides the entrance on 42nd St. there is also a convenient entrance from the hotel’s ground floor entrance lobby which was great on a couple rainy days. First, we are not big fans of chain restaurants and had never eaten at an Applebee’s... More

On our recent trip to NYC we got caught out in more than two inches of rain in Midtown while shopping, we happened to be near Applebee's and lunchtime so we got out the rain and got seated upstairs with what seemed like everyone else had chosen to do! The service was great and the meals were what you'd expect... More

I found this an interesting place as you can order and pay using a tablet. The food was good with a very large menu. It reminded me of american restuarants here in the UK.

Had breakfast a couple times here while staying in New York. Staff very friendly and welcoming. I had the 2 eggs breakfast with coffee. The portion sizes for me were just wonderful. I can't cope with large portions. The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and I never felt rushed. I loved the endless cups of coffee for only $1.... More

Wie went there after a Broadway Show. Place was fairly busy and we ended up on the 2nd floor. First impression was rather negative since the floor was filthy with food, papers etc. laying around everywhere. The waiter was also rather disinterested and did not make you feel welcome. Food was somewhat ok for a chain restaurant for 2 out... More

Not the best place out there. Luckily there are sufficient other options in the area. Meat was luke warm at best, fries cold and service slow. This was the worst meal during our week in NYC. But, still was a great week!!!

Good meal, although a little pricy: gratuity of 18 percent included on the bill. Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant.

We went for lunch, and sat by the window looking down at activities on the 42nd st. We had a little surprise in my wife plate (piece of paper). They change the plate without any problem, and excuse themselves for this problem. Food was excellent.

Thank Stephane M

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
