We went here after a recommendation by friends. On holiday in New York from the UK on my birthday. Although it seems complicated at first, it really is not. Your waiter will come over and explain. They will take a drink order and give you...More

Stopped by for a work lunch and enjoyed the food but was surprised by both the pricing and the lack of clarity with respect to the process of ordering and dining. The food was a 4/4.5 -- good BBQ and very good by NYC standards....More

This place is more like what you will get in the south when having bbq. You are not served at your table, you go to the meat station, choose your meats, all which were very good, then to your sides and desert station. Sides were...More

Wow this place is just amazingly delicious. When I heard about bbq in NYC I chuckled and thought how good could this really be. Boy was I wrong. The burnt ends were the perfect mix of a crunchy bark and flavorful meat. The brisket would...More

Do not go there! Very poor quality meat at very high prices.. it is noisy and your food is served in paper and cardboard.. whoever pulled this off has great business skills and horrible horrible food skills/understanding. Horrible. I cannot stress this enough: horrible!

Picked up a couple of chicken legs to go (ate them with an apple on the Mega Bus home). Even tho they were cold by the time I ate them, the flavor was quite good. Hope to give them a hot try in the future.

My first visit was a few years ago to the Washington branch where the food was exceptional. This time, the spare ribs were dry and chewey and the saussage's texture was like saw dust. I was looking forward to this second experience but it was...More

Having flown for almost 24 hours we dropped our luggage at the hotel and headed straight to Hill Country Barbecue Market for a good protein fix. We sure got that. The service process is different. You line up to order your BBQ meat by the...More

Everyone has responded the same way that the timing shouldn’t be a major issue. Just know that it all depends on the quantity of tables. Service is done as a “chow line”. Pick what you want and then you search for a table... More
