Five of us met at Max in anticipation of a lovely dinner. Instead the Management's belligerent attitude and total lack of customer service turned the evening into a very disappointing experience. To sum it up, when we tasted the wine, we told the waiter it...More

Tried this place, while at the 9/11 memorial, about a 15 min walk, great personality, good to great food, small quaint, good traffic, would recommend, a little pricey.

Ate here before visiting One World Trade Centre as just around the corner. A group of 5 of us were squeezed around a small wooden table in the window, which I really liked. A much more sociable feel than being in a stuffy place with...More

The rustic and intimate table placement gives the restaurant a very comfortable feel. The service was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was exactly as described and perfectly prepared.
