My husband works close by and we go quite often, he also goes with his coworkers. Giancarlo always welcomes us, and makes you feel part of the family. The food offer is fantastic, the ingredients fresh and the service nice and helpful. The wine list is supergood and you can always count on them to recommend you a good one.... More

The service is extraordinarily friendly and warm. Food is exquisite. Loved it! We first sat at the bar, and had delicious cocktails. Our waiter was from Argentina, and he treated us as if were regular customers. Excellent dinner. The quality of the food is great. Would definitely recommend. It has a very friendly, happy environment.

My cousin who lives in New York City took us to aurora for brunch in Soho. I have traveled every where around the world including Paris, I will tell that was the best waffle duck and French toast I have ever had . The price was very reasonable , the cocktails so fresh and the service was excellent. I must... More

THE BEST BRUNCH EVER! Walking around Soho with my family on a snowy saturday, walked by Aurora and saw they advertised a fixed price brunch. Got interested, entered and ohhhh....such a nice place. Sat down, ordered and surprise....what a delicious brunch. We all ordered different dishes and I can say that they were all great. The ambiance is superb, the... More

We love this restaurant and have visited it a few times now when we visit NY. We love the delicious Italian menu, love the happy atmosphere, very cosy and reasonable prices. The decor is inviting and simple. Staff very friendly glad to see lovely Sabina still there on weekends. It never disappoints us.

Met old friends who haven't seen in years. Food great - everyone's dishes - pasta, fishes were delicious Octopuses and Calamari appetizers very nice. The Bread was good but skimpy. Service was just ok - a bit of a attitude at first when saw we went for tap not bottled water - but eventually did provide a good recommendation on... More

Good Italian food. Better than many others. Slightly expensive but this is Manhattan. We enjoyed our dinner.

We had a large group and they were accommodating for our party of 7. Food was great, ambiance was beautiful. We stopped by again on our last night in NYC for dessert and they were great again. Highly recommend this spot for both brunch and dinner.

We had an excellent meal at Aurora SoHo this weekend. All of their pastas are made in house and the quality shines through. They use fresh products and the specials menu was extensive. We all had a great evening at Aurora.

Booked the Aurora Soho for Saturday evening, we came early as we were all hungry and served by the excellent Eric who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had 4 starters to share, squid, cauliflower, bread and the stand out dish tuna. 4 different pastas as main and all were very tasty, couple of limoncello to finish which would have tasted... More

Staying in SoHo

Neighbourhood Profile
SoHo
Once the artistic hub of New York City, SoHo (South of Houston) is now one of the premiere shopping destinations in the world. Housing everything from the most popular luxury brands to swank boutiques you won’t find anywhere else, this is a sophisticated shopper’s dream come true. Broadway teems with big-name stores and people during the day, while Prince and Spring Streets are the other main drags to explore by foot. Take a detour down the quieter side streets to see the real star of the district –majestic cast-iron architecture everywhere you look. What were once warehouses and art studios are now meticulously restored loft buildings favored by many of New York’s celebrities, making SoHo one of the trendiest addresses in the city. The pretty streets of Nolita (North of Little Italy) offer a more sedate vibe, with plenty of tiny boutiques and hip restaurants to seek out.
