Really fantastic panini shop off the main streets but certainly worth the search. Spectacular bread that is filled with the finest meats, cheeses, and marinated peppers and onions. Many numbered choices that have various listed ingredients or you can request it your way and customize...your panini. Small seating area but to help you can use the seating area in sister restaurant right next door. A great small spot but huge on flavor and freshness.👏More

Really great paninis, delicous and fast. For me as a European even too big, my advice: share your panini. Without TA we would not have found this little gem

Fantastic panini a short walk from 9/11. Can take out or eat in. I would suggest one panini is enough for 2 people. I typically eat big portions, but half a panini was more than enough for me. We ordered one each and both ended...up taking half a panini away - very generous portions! I went for the Pisillo panini (pictured) which was delicious. Staff are very friendly and they have various pictures around the restaurant which have various celebrities that have also visited. NYPD were in the shop getting lunch when we were there - so obviously a hit with the locals too. Would definitely recommend!More

First off, 2 things to be warned about: 1 Servings are HUGE 2 Cash is king (no credit card). The sandwiches are old school awesome. Very similar to many I've had over seas, and rarely find here in the U.S. Simply delectable.

Delicious sandwiches made fresh right in front of you after placing your order. They are big enough to split with someone or take home for later. I got the Napoli and it was delicious! My bread of choice was semolina and I asked for it...to be toasted. The service was fast and very friendly. Very authentic Italian and I recommend to anyone visiting that area of NYC.More

Do yourself a favor and skip the Blimpie or Subway down the street and go here. Just go. Order a sub on ciabatta, pay few bucks more to really enjoy what will be the best sandwich you will probably ever have. Oh - and you...only need to order one sandwich for two people. Trust me on this - It is an enormous sandwich!More

Love this spot on downtown NYC. They serve the original Panini what North Americans call a sub. You want value for Your meal downtown while folks are eating frozen chicken at Chick ‘o Fill around the corner. Trust me, This sandwich will do the job...and yo might take some home as its humongous. Superbe sandwich qui peut faire l’affaire pour 2 personnes. Excellent pain et charcuterie venue d’Italie. Downtown NYC c’est des fois difficile de trouver un bon resto pas trop cher. As a matter of fact, we went on a Sunday in August 2018 and they closed at 6PM. I hope this helps. We arrived at 5PM for a late meal and several customers came in for takeout orders.
