We stopped here for a quick breakfast as it's right next to the subway and we were on our way to the airport. We expected New York prices to be expensive, due to being a big city and the pound being weak but really 18$ for eggs, bacon and toast and 17$ for pancakes!! The food was fine but too... More

This is my second time at Lindy's in NYC. Visited it twice in one day while visiting NYC over the St. Patrick's Day weekend. The place was packed and yet the service was friendly (NY style) and quick. The food was great. Really liked it - very NYC

Food was ok and portions were large but the food was overpriced. Would probably not visit again. Close to Time Square. Breakfast all day.

I must admit I was disappointed. I haven't been to Lindy's for about 5 years and although the Cheese Cakes are still amazing, the restaurant itself needs a makeover, and the breakfast foods just are average. The service was poor.

We went into the diner for a quick lunch and wasn't disappointed. The prices aren't cheap but not extortionate, my husband got a slice of cheesecake and it was massive - it tasted really good too! The grilled chicken sandwich came with salad and fries and it was really nice. Definitely somewhere I would go again.

Staff was friendly and prompt. turkey sandwich was decent but not great. Chicken tenders were just a tad over cooked (meat was fine breeding was so-so). Fries were great and the cheesecake was outstanding.

Passionate about customer service the waiters and waitresses really do make you feel special and the food was worth the money. Make sure you try the cheesecake its delicious. Also if you can round up your bill for the round up charity they support the are passionate about helping the elderly

Located in the Times Square district makes it a convenient spot to grab a quick bite for lunch (or early dinner) before a Broadway show. Uninspired menu offers bland fare of mediocre entrees, sandwiches and beverages. Overpriced for what they offer, but this is New York after all. Curious that there is practically no wait time for a table...that is... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
