There are a number of Patsy's in NYC, this one on Second and 79th has a companion on 70th which is bigger. The pizzas are from the same recipe, and the one I had for lunch last month was terrible. Very thick, burned on the edges, but with a soft, doughy center -- it did not improve after I sent... More

It's nothing to fancy about Patsy's when looking in. Just another diner or pizza-place. That is until you order and the pizza is ready. The choises for topping is not to fancy either... Until you taste is! I have never eaten a pizza this good. So many flavors. Such a texture. If you only gonna eat one pizza for the... More

69 th and 1st location. Nice red sauce although a bit salty and i love salt. Cheese pizza actually wasn't what i was expecting, but still very tasty. We had meatballs too which were pretty good...again in red sauce. Attentive waiter.

Our United Nations Secretariat office always gets take-away pizzas from here for office birthday and farewell parties. They are really good. My 11 year old son likes their spaghetti and tomato sauce which is very fresh with a full-bodied taste of freshly-picked vine-ripened tomatoes and he is a very picky eater. He also likes their margarita pizza.

Service is decent, pizza is excellent. Savory tomato sauce with plenty of fresh mozzarella - I always get mine with mushrooms. Also tried the insalata mista, which was like a house salad, with balsamic dressing. Very fresh and flavorful with perfectly ripened tomatoes and herbs.

Card board would be the kindest way to describe the quality of the veal served today in this classic veal parmigiana dish. The owner (a chain) has to provide better quality veal at $23.50 or pack up and go else where. The sauce and pasta were fine. I live in the neighborhood, review places world wide and was terribly disappointed... More

We came here yesterday on New Year's Day for dinner. This brick oven pizza is one of the best if not the best in New York City. We also had the eggplant with pasta which was also excellent. The service was great as well as the atmosphere. You can't go wrong with this place.

I desperately tried to get my girls to order Patsy's in but they wanted to head out. We went to Patsy's for a late dinner and were definitely not disappointed. Girls had fun with the cute waiter. Wine was a fairly generous pour but a little pricey and food was outstanding as always. Naturally, we over-ordered and left with more... More

Loved that the food was fabulous .. all four (ladies) of us shared a large pizza, and three dishes. It is small there but very cozy. Only dislike, were the girls who were drinking tea didn't like that tea had NO FREE refills. Will visit there again!

This is a pretty good Italian restaurant that will not break the bank. I was on my way to get more pizza, but since I had that for lunch I decided to get chicken parm with a spaghetti side. There was plenty of food and the chicken parm got them the 4 star. The wine is sort of expensive for... More

Staying in Upper East Side

Neighbourhood Profile
Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighbourhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighbourhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.
