After walking the Brooklyn Bridge and heading back to the NYC side, I turned left and stumbled across this little gem of a place. The streets are cobblestone, the roads narrow and unlike anything you would image would be in NYC. The food was good...More

I️ sincerely feel bad writing this review but I️ needed upper management and future customers to know. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a bar in my life. The Beekman was one of my favorite spots in New York up until last night...More

We happened upon the Beekman while wandering around downtown, and were delighted to have found it. While busy and noisy we were seated pretty quickly, and service was terrific. The drinks were wonderful, made even better by the Happy Hour pricing. The Shepherd's Pie was...More

While staying at the nearby Aloft, I dined here on a Wednesday evening. Great draft beer, friendly staff, tasty calf liver with onions and bacon, and playoff baseball on TV - perfect.

Loyal Tennessee fans, we called The Beekman Pub to see if the Bartender would put the Vols' opening game on, and he agreed. AND he was so accommodating, easy to work with, we thought he must be from the SOUTH! It was a fun night!

At the southernmost tip of Manhattan, the Financial
District is where New York City began as a center of
commerce. Today, the historic streets and beautiful
setting are complemented by museums, countless
skyscrapers, and the heart of the Financial District,

The Beekman Pub is a New York City Irish Bar that has been owned and operated by Jimmy and Eddie Robinson since 1991 and has been a downtown restaurant hot spot since 1936. The Beekman Pub combines cold beer, fresh food and friendly service in a comfortable setting located just one block east of City Hall in downtown NYC. In our irish bar we have an excellent variety of beer, wine and liquor, and the Beekman is one of only a few downtown irish bars that serves a perfect pint of Guinness. We do hope that our pub will become one of your favorite downtown restaurants for business lunches or for just having a drink with co-workers at the end of the day. Since 1936, The Beekman has been catering to Wall Street's biggest & best appetites. Sit down for a drink or spend some time enjoying daily Irish delicacies, seafood specialties & our famous burgers. We now have Direct TV, All NBA Games, 10 Flat Screen TV's throughout the bar. We have MSG, All Knicks, Rangers, Devils and Islanders Games.
