The restaurant was filled on a Sunday night. Nice artichoke dishes for appetizer. Very good house wines. A long list of home made pastas. Spaghetti with sausage, meatballs and little balls of mozzarella is very tasty as well as veal stew with papardelle.

We were going to the Village Vanguard and popped in by chance. Very friendly and welcoming, found us a great table and the pizza was superb. Best espresso we have had in New York

I would recommend EVERYTHING about this resto: friendly professional staff, superior service, ambience, menu. Above all, SUPERIOR food. We are visitors to NYC once a year or so and ALWAYS eat at Pomodoro. Highly recommend the lobster ravioli!!! The staff are a huge part of the experience, attentive to everything but not intrusive in any way. We have been lucky... More

The service here was so good! They were very attentive but not at all intrusive. The polenta appetizer was incredibly light, but rich. I had the fish special, and the fish was fine, but the vegetables were the star of the show! Great wines by the glass, too.

Amazing UWS Italian! Been multiple times since 2011, have yet to be disappointed!!! Lobster & shrimp pappardelle is a personal favorite! Great wine selections. Cocktails could use a little work. Service is always polite and efficient. Prices and portions sizes are very fair!

What a gem of a restaurant!! Cheerful décor, clean and welcoming. Friendly staff, fast service. It is difficult to decide what to order and the specials make it harder. Everyone at our table enjoyed their entrée. Delicious food in large servings. Nice wine list. We were planning our next visit as we left the restaurant, it was that good.

This place is fine- not great, not bad. Cute decor, if old fashioned. It gets a robust crowd- reliable southern Italian choices. Not inexpensive-

This place has a pleasant, unassuming atmosphere that seemingly contradicts the creativity and exceptional quality their dishes. This was my second visit and the food is always excellent. The staff are attentive. The ambiance has a comfortable, Italian feel that makes you relax the moment you sit down. Pomodoro has become a "must-go" place when I visit NYC.

We have eaten at Pomodoro many times. Convenient to Lincoln center, the food and service are good and the prices reasonable.
