This restaurant is in an old church. The ceiling is gorgeous. We waited nearly an hour to get in but the food was fast and pretty good. And very affordable.

Love this place. So awesome this time of year. Decorated for Christmas, great atmosphere. Pizza is amazing, Salads are huge! We don't come to NYC without eating at Johns. I recommend it highly!

We went twice and had a great fairly priced meal. The food is well cooked. Do do the garlic rools and a big pie. Everything was a great quality and everyone was very nice to us.

While most places near Broadway were packed with wait times from 15-45 minutes, we walked in and got a table. The mozzarella triangles were delicious as was the margherita pizza. Price wasn't too bad either.

Sorry about the late answer but yes. They wait was up to 2 hours when we went on a Friday. Get there before 5 and you should be good to go!
