纽约有很多日本餐馆但是这个餐馆不像其他的. 这餐馆用真的日本菜. 我买了他们的" Grilled steak with Nobu Sauces on the side." 我感觉即使很贵这是值得的成本. 这个牛肉溶化在你口里面,也是非常颓废.当吃它的时候要小心不要吃太快.如果你来这里我建议尝试wagyu牛肉并有一个伟大的时间!!

We were lucky and somehow scored same day reservations. They take a credit card and warned a charge of $25 pp if canceled. But, we made it, found street parking and really enjoyed everything. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pretentious. Of course we had the all time classics and they didn't disappoint. Yellowtail with jalapeño, miso... More

Only missed the 5 star rating because of the setting. Have eaten numerous times at Matsuhisa in Aspen and Vail. The Colorado mountain restaurants feel more up to date. Hudson location felt a little dark and small. Menus very similar and the sushi is excellent! Staff is well trained and always polite and accommodating.

Let me break this down for you into 3 categories! Yup, you guessed it! Food, Service, and Ambiance/Décor. Food: Nobu provides a menu with food for the adventurous eater as well as for the not-so-adventurous eater. As an adventurous eater myself, I encourage everyone to try dishes that they have not tried before. The dishes are small and I recommend... More

Nobu is one of the best Japanese places I have been to in New York. Not only the food is amazing, the ambiance is great as well. best thing to do is to go for the tasting menu I think, then you will get to try the best of everything

Definitely a great "shared" experience. The food is sensational! The wine connoisseur made our dining an unforgettable experience. She was funny, helpful and did I say helpful and funny? She was just fantastic! i wish i could remember her name, she told great stories. I had a type of sea bass fish and OMG it was delicious! The sushi was... More

Asian close to perfection. The food both looked nice and tasted good. Friendly and efficient staff. Semi-exotic.

As Nobu first timers, our waiter guided us through the menu to a sumptuous feast. Each dish was different, but the progression of tastes complemented perfectly. A unique night out.

I have eaten here twice as my wife's cousin is a chef there. My review may be a bit biased but is honest nonetheless. The food and its presentation are impeccable and is there to excite your taste buds. This time we did one the Omakaze tasting menu options. The first time we ate at Nobu Hudson we picked our... The best modern japanese cuisine in New York! Don't forget to book in advance, otherwise you'll have to be either very patient or very lucky!

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighbourhood Profile
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighbourhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighbourhood home.
