The restaurant is small and the service is a bit slow when crowded, but all in all this is a wonderfully quaint little French restaurant near Lincoln Center. While I enjoyed my whole meal, the profiteroles were quite literally the icing on the cake.

An unpretentious little, literally little French restaurant two steps from Lincoln Center and Central Park West. Classic traditional french bistro food. The roast duck is delicious.

Came here before a matinee at the Met and had a lovely meal. Food was excellent and service just right. Wish I had a place just like this in my own neighborhood!

Wife and I dined there before our Opera at Met. They are very close to the Lincoln center (5 mins walk) and they offer pre-theater fixed menu for $50/pp for 3 course meal. It's a very small and tight restaurant where coat check is mandatory....More

Six of us had dinner early on a Monday evening so there was no real pressure. And this is the "local" of one of the couples, so that ensured outstanding service. The country pâté in aspic and endive(and other greens) salad with chevre were excellent...More

We visited this tiny French restaurant last night before the NY Philharmonic concert. Their pre-theatre menu was substantial and augmented with several specials. The daily pasta was mushroom stuffed ravioli in a light tomato sauce, available as an appetizer or entree. It was excellent. Most...More

New York is famous for stores and restaurants that are about 17 feet wide. This place is small but the food is worth a visit. A note of cauton, do not expect fast service.

Upper West Side
Nestled between Central Park and the Hudson River, the
Upper West Side offers iconic architecture and a
quiet, residential respite from the buzzing energy of
downtown. Along Central Park West are many of the
city’s most iconic apartment buildings, as well as the
American Museum of Natural History, which has been
welcoming visitors to its historic exhibit halls for
over 140 years. Culture fans will love Lincoln Center,

The pâté in aspic is as good as I ever had, including in France. Their liver with onions is also classic, if not always on the menu, and whatever fish entree they are featuring as a special is bound to be excellent- this is... More
