Attentive, Precise. Delicious. The is, in three words, Sapphire. A true New York gem of a restaurant on the West Side just south of Lincoln Center. The service and decor are excellent. And, the symphony of flavor and melding of spice is exquisite.

It's clean and you don't have to wash your hair when you get home. Service is friendly and professional. Food is like most other Indian restaurants in NYC. We return a few times/year
