The good was good, it came in large portions, but there was a wait for the pancakes and French toast. Other than that it was all good

Nobody knows what they are doing. It was hectic and the food took forever. It's in the Westin but not managed by the hotel. My understanding is that it is outsourced. A lot of staff just stamding around and not taking care of the customers. Not worth it. I can spend $6 for coffee elsewhere.

How can a NYC restaurant serve bagels that are as generic as Lenders frozen? Beyond overpriced--there are lots of options within a few doors of the hotel--wait staff seemed to go out of their way to act like rude NY waiters.

The vegetables were great! Steak not so much for $27.00! I asked to get the meal to go and they were very nice. Suggested I go up to my room and they would call when it was ready.

This is the default option if you are staying at The Westin Grand Central. Good food and good service and many sports to watch while you enjoy your meal

The Westin New York Grand Central is a wonderful hotel, and one would think a first-rate hotel would have at least a decent restaurant. Well, think again. In central Manhattan even moderately priced restaurants are expensive. Hotel restaurants are also noted for being overpriced, but $80 for a grilled cheese sandwich, French onion soup and a midget piece of tough... More

We had a nice specialty cocktail at the bar, and some delicious bar snacks, included deviled eggs and tuna tartare. We also had a nice breakfast.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
