We enjoyed the atmosphere here. The wine was good and the food was good. The price range seemed about right for the quality of food.

A really popular restaurant recommended to us by the hotel. Home made Italian food which was everything you want from an Italian Restaurant. Busy, noisy and bustling. Great food and wine. Would go again for sure.

Overall, a decent traditional Italian restaurant with good service. While kind of noisy, a good group dinner

Our favorite Italian on the East side. The service is amazing; they anticipate your every need at this old-school Italian where the pasta is homemade every day. The meatball starter is a must and melts in your mouth. My family loves the rabbit ragu and...More

I Trulli gets its name from the traditional homes in the bucolic Puglia region of Italy, famous for its tomatoes, olives and of course beaches. Luckily, the restaurant doesn't attempt to duplicate the hackneyed "rustic charm" one often sees in myriad "traditional" Italian restaurants in...More

Great local Italian restaurant with some very nice/different options. The orecchiette w/rabbit ragu was amazing, the Pesto ravioli were light and very tasty. Service was good as they were patient explaining the menu options. This particular visit was VERY loud

I Trulli is a quiet, neighborhood Italian, family run, unpretentious and delicious. Service is excellent, atmosphere pleasant and quiet with a working fireplace. The pastas are always good as are the wines. A nice place to meet other couples for a good meal where you...More

Party of 35 for my Mom’s 80th Birthday, Food was excellent as well as the service. We all enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this eatery. We will be back in near future and experience this restaurant again. Great job!

I've liked this place but tonight the noise level was overwhelming--my group of 6 could barely manage a conversation--and maybe because that was such a bummer, the food seemed very below par too. I doubt if I'll return.

The food here is good. The appetizers far outpace the mains in terms of quality. I had the burrata, which was excellent, but was then disappointed by the quality of the market fish (a sea bass which had been cooked to dry). Service was a...More

Opened in 1994, Nicola Marzovilla's warm and welcoming restaurant has been a favorite for 15 years for those in search of hearty, delicious Italian specialties. Chef Patti Jackson's celebrated menu draws on the regional cuisine of the Marzovillas' homeland, Puglia. Nicola's mother, Dora, prepares hand-rolled fresh pastas daily. The restaurant is famed for its all-Italian wine list (expertly selected by Marzovilla), and the adjoining Enoteca offers lighter food and by-the-glass choices. I Trulli is a popular destination all-year round: diners can sit by the glow of the main room's rustic fireplace in winter, while in the warmer months are treated to the lush splendor of one of Manhattan's finest outdoor garden spaces.
