The entrance to Public is spectacular and the check in was very unique. You go to a tablet and print your own room cards and I was up in my room in minutes. The rooms are small but very well thought out and this is...More

Based on the reviews booked a table and had high expectations. The starter with scallops did meet those expectations, however the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing for 3 reasons: 1. It was too dark. We needed to use the candles or light from...More

Our food was bad - not just presentation but also bad tasting. Our server was vague and didn't accept the 1 concern that we shared with her over our food - which was inedible. This is my second visit here - the first time I...More

After a perfect dinner the Public staff told us the that the restaurant will be closed starting June 2017. The landlord will build an appartment building at this location. I hope the Michelin star will be moved to a new location.

Loved the ambiance. Its all candle lit and gorgeous fresh flowers. Love the staff, service, vibe , wine and the food. Absolute must do when in NYC.

maintains a low-key vibe that makes it a pleasant
retreat in the heart of lower Manhattan. Short for
“North of Little Italy,” Nolita was once considered to
be part of Little Italy. Today, the neighbourhood is
popular with young fashionistas popping in and out of
the chic independent boutiques that line Mulberry,
Mott and Elizabeth Streets. In addition to shopping,
